- Kulikuli snacks are produced in fresh batches and delivered within 2–3 days locally to maintain quality.
- Shipping fees vary depending on location, with free shipping for artwork orders above $500 where applicable.
Refund Policy
- Custom artwork is non-refundable unless a major defect occurs.
- Art prints may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.
- Food products such as Kulikuli are non-returnable due to hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Refunds are issued only after product inspection and verification.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Custom artwork orders may be cancelled before sketch approval.
- Once painting begins, cancellation may not be possible due to the personalized nature of the work.
