Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings require confirmation by the artist — you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours
  • Cancellations 48+ hours before the session: full refund or credit toward future session
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before: credit only (no refund)
  • Rescheduling available with 48-hour notice

  • Custom paintings and prints are shipped locally within Lagos and nationwide within Nigeria, with international shipping available for art products.
  • Processing time for custom paintings typically ranges 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity and size.
  • Prints are prepared and shipped within 3–10 business days.
  • Workshops are delivered virtually via scheduled sessions or in-person depending on location.
  • Kulikuli snacks are produced in fresh batches and delivered within 2–3 days locally to maintain quality.
  • Shipping fees vary depending on location, with free shipping for artwork orders above $500 where applicable.

Refund Policy

  • Custom artwork is non-refundable unless a major defect occurs.
  • Art prints may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.
  • Food products such as Kulikuli are non-returnable due to hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Refunds are issued only after product inspection and verification.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Custom artwork orders may be cancelled before sketch approval.
  • Once painting begins, cancellation may not be possible due to the personalized nature of the work.
  • Workshop bookings may be cancelled 48 hours before the session for a full refund or credit.
  • Kulikuli orders cannot be cancelled once production or dispatch begins.
