  • Art prints may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.
  • Food products such as Kulikuli are non-returnable due to hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Refunds are issued only after product inspection and verification.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Custom artwork orders may be cancelled before sketch approval.
  • Once painting begins, cancellation may not be possible due to the personalized nature of the work.
  • Workshop bookings may be cancelled 48 hours before the session for a full refund or credit.
