The unit should provide for 24-hour dehydration capability with an installed battery
i.e., (either a 60-ampere or 100-ampere battery charged by direct solar and a charge control unit. No inversion of voltage required. Uses a direct current supply from a 240 volts AC source of power, which is optional . The capacity per month is 500kg.
