  • This service provides visual storytelling and design support for neurodivergent creators, delivered entirely through digital formats.
  • Deliverables may include:

    • Simple websites or visibility pages.
  • Communication and collaboration may occur through online messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or email.
  • The service begins with one free visual design to build trust and introduce the process.
  • After the initial concept, paid design work may be requested depending on the project scope.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the project:
    • Basic graphics: 3–5 business days
    • Visual storytelling or animation: 1–2 weeks
    • Web visibility setups: 2–3 weeks.
  • Final files are delivered in digital formats suitable for social media, websites, and online storytelling platforms.

Refund Policy

    • Refunds are limited because each visual storytelling project is personalized and creatively developed for the client’s identity and experiences.
    • Refunds may be issued only if the order is cancelled before design work begins.
    • Once concept development, graphic design, or visual storytelling production has started, payments cover creative work and intellectual effort, and are generally non-refundable.
    • If the client is dissatisfied with the result, the designer may offer:
      • Minor revisions or adjustments, or
      • Alternative visual formats within the project scope.
    • Refunds may also be granted if the service cannot be delivered due to technical or operational limitations.
    Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Clients may cancel paid services before the design work begins.
  • Cancellation requests must be communicated through the agreed communication channel.
  • The initial free design is provided as a goodwill offering and does not involve cancellation terms.
  • Once the paid design process begins — including concept development, storyboarding, or animation creation — cancellations may not be accepted.
  • If the project requires multiple stages, cancellation may be possible between completed stages, depending on the work already delivered.
  • If the designer must cancel due to personal or technical limitations, the client will be informed promptly and any unused payments will be refunded.
