Shipping Policy

  • These services involve professional photography and visual storytelling projects, therefore no physical shipping is required unless prints are specifically requested.

  • All deliverables are primarily digital files (high-resolution images) shared through secure online transfer methods such as cloud links or email.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the photography assignment.

  • Typical delivery timelines include:

    • Small assignments: 3–7 business days

    • Photo stories or campaigns: 1–3 weeks depending on editing and project requirements.

  • For NGO campaigns, documentary projects, or international collaborations, timelines may vary depending on location, field access, and project scale.

  • Final images are professionally edited and optimized for media publications, NGO reports, exhibitions, or awareness campaigns.

  • Clients will receive images in high-resolution formats suitable for digital and print use.

  • Additional requests such as extended edits, additional photos, or licensing arrangements may affect delivery time.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the creative and project-based nature of documentary photography, refunds are limited once work has begun.

  • Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

    • The service could not be delivered due to photographer cancellation.

    • A project was cancelled before any photography work started.

  • Once shooting, editing, or project development has begun, payments cover professional time and resources and are generally non-refundable.

  • If the final deliverables do not meet the agreed project scope, the photographer may offer:

    • Additional edits, or

    • Replacement images within the project scope.

  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Clients may cancel photography bookings before the project planning or field work has begun.

  • Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email or the platform messaging system.

  • If cancellation occurs before shooting begins, any advance payment may be refunded after deducting preparation costs if applicable.

  • Once the photography assignment has started — including travel, research, location scouting, or shooting — cancellation may not be possible.

  • For documentary or NGO collaborations, cancellation terms may be agreed upon in the project contract.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather issues, travel restrictions, or safety concerns, the photographer may reschedule the project.

  • If the photographer must cancel due to emergency reasons, the client will receive either:

    • A rescheduled project timeline, or

    • A refund of any unused fees.
