Delivery & Policy
- Digital delivery — curated image set + project statement + captions
- Turnaround: 21–45 days depending on project scope and shoot requirements
- Full refund if cancelled before concept development begins
- 50% refund if cancelled after concept session but before shoot
- No refund after shoot is complete
- Photographer retains portfolio rights; client / competition submitter retains usage rights for the entered project
